Looking for [Lead Manager] in Towny/Survival Startup. Prior Server Experience Preferred

This is a Start-Up server. Expect to put a good amount of work into it.
I am looking for someone to help me organize the structure and the building of this new server which is doing to be a Towny/Survivalist server.
I have run a server like this before very successfully (GenesisMC), I am getting back into the game and am looking to hire on someone willing to put the hours in to make it successful.
This position:
- Hires on contract workers and staff members to the server
- Coordinates with the owner to maintain a safe, simple, smooth, & fun server
- Drafts ideas, gets them approved, and gets them done.
- Is the 2nd-in-command position on the server (lots of freedom to do as you please)
- Manages staff members
Knowledge of the following would make you competitive for this position, the first hired-on position for the server:
- Plugins (installing, editing, removing)
- Troubleshooting technical server issues
- Creativity: you will be hiring other people on to help with building/setting up so you'll need to have good ideas
- Good knowledge of / willing to learn Towny, Essentials, etc to optimize the server
- Being a good builder would be a bonus!
- Professionalism, lots of it
^ Of course you wouldn't have to do any of the above alone, I will be helping and guiding as well !
Required:
- 16+ years of age
- Able to do a brief interview, prob over discord
- Be trustworthy and honest

Hello, my name is Adam, also known as Puppy, and I am very interested in working for you. I am currently working on my own server right now as well and I have worked on many prior servers that usually fall due to funding and such. I've been pursuing helping people with Minecraft for almost a year and a half now and I think your someone I might want to invest my time into.
