If you want some genuine advice, here it is. If you want your server to grow, finding youtubers with subscribers won't get you far.
What will is how many views the youtuber gets. Maybe change the requirement of 50+ subscribers to 50+ views on a fairly recent video.

Take it from me, people are usually a lot more willing to help if you're more transparent with them.

Or at least if you're making up for the secrecy with a nice couple 0's on a check... though I doubt you'll be offering the latter.

2 seconds of searching shows you have a public server called GHOST that you're trying to grow. I'm going to go out on a limb and say you're looking for publicity. I'm I correct?
