Need builders!!!
I am starting a project on a medium-sized area of a destructed city map. I need some builders to help me. If I get any builders and when the project is completed, I will credit all of the helpers 100%. Thanks!

That's your local network IP isn't it?

I believe so.. Does that mean that no one can join it?
Or does it mean that only people that are on the same network can connect?

No. You'll need the IP of the router on the wide area network. Type "what is my ip" in to Google and it should give you it. You use that to connect to the router.
You'll also need to configure a port on the router most likely so that once a request comes in to the router it knows to then forward it on to the machine on your local network.
So your ip would be something like 89.06.45.112:25565.
That's your wide area ip with the port number after the colon. Then the forwarding rule would be on port 25565 and have the 192.168.86.35 ip attached to it.
