Need Builders and Staff for my Survival Server

Hello Friends! I have recently began a new server, project, and after many consultation with peers i decided to make a Survival Economy Server! Where the main goals are 1. to have the most money, and 2. Have the most property and best house.
Unfortunately not many people I know are willing to help build, so for that matter I need at least three builders for the spawn, and other buildings! And some staff to manage to players, and help me with pex.
