I was wondering what the Bone_Block file is named when changing the texture in the folder. I already didn't find anything under "Bone_block" or something like that and tried putting a folder named "bone_block" in with the texture I wanted but it didn't change anything. Thanks for the help!

No folder, just put your textures in assets/textures/block. The files you want to make are bone_block_side.png and bone_block_top.png.
For your future reference, you can open up the minecraft .jar as an archive and extract the entire assets folder, so you can see everything that is modifiable and what they are called.
