Can anyone make a custom shader please?

So, I've been looking at shaders, but see things I don't like with some. I think a "simple" shader with only a few features would be nice. Most of these are features in BSL shaders, by the way.
So here is all I want in this simple shader:
1. Realistic shadows
2. Reflective water
3. That thing where light sources shine when you hold them.
This probably isn't easy, but I think people other than me may also appreciate a shader with only a few features. :)

Just go to the settings for a shader and disable the stuff in the settings you don't want. And optifine has the held light source thing already, so you don't need a shader for that. I would recommend sildurs shaders. even with bad computers, with a few tweaked settings, it works well.
