Can someone make a datapack with a required resource pack with nether coal/diamond ores?

hi. so I would like someone to make a datapack with a required resource pack that has nether gold and diamond ores. to make the resource pack, you make the nether biome-dependent block (coal and diamond ore) with netherrack, or with coal and diamond. could someone do that?
