Can you convert my TexturePack to 1.5(program not working)

Hey guys
I wanted to convert my texturepack to 1.5 format. So i downloaded the converter and as i tried to convert the program crashed. After few tries i downloaded another one and it failed aswell. So i just wanted to ask if some1 could convert my tp for me.

you try disco's one?
also, mcpatcher does a conversion, doesn't always work though.
