Change item texture depending on biome?whatshot
Is it possible? I wanted to make it so that fireballs shot in the soulsand valley biome(by a ghast or a blaze from a fortress) would be cyan(I'm perfectly willing to use optifine for this). I have to edit the "fire_charge" item texture, but I don't want a cyan firecharge all throughout the world. I could research optifine online, but the tutorials are either so concise that I don't understand what I need to do, or drag on for so long that I fall asleep by the time the tutor gets to the point.

I'm quite certain that that's not possible, it may be possible if fireballs are handled as entities, since you can have entity/mob textures change depending on their biome they spawn in with optifine.
But afaik, they aren't handled like that, so would not be possible sadly.

Welp, guess I'll have blue blazes and ghasts shooting yellow fireballs. Thanks a lot for clarifying though :^)
