Custome Sites for Making Pixel Textures

G'day everyone reading this, I want to make a texture pack but Photoshop is failing to download due to net work and I was wondering if there were any pixel design/art sites except paint.net because it has been known to carry viruses

Are you downloading Paint.NET from this site: getpaint.net ?

I'm using the program all the time and no viruses at all.

Unfortunately it seems, it's only for Windows


You can try GIMP then (click All near Show downloads for:)
