I was wondering if anyone could make a resource pack BASED ON AND AROUND 
questions about what should be included please msg or reply

I know that Scoob! was a bit of a mediocre movie but... well, Dynomutt's arguably the best thing about it so I guess it makes a bit of sense to do this, but I feel like you need more explaining to do about this.
I'm not too sure how one would theme a resource pack around a single character, unless the entire thing is meant to be like Super Releasio 64 with (almost) every texture being replaced with something relating to them.

basically............... (for example........ the heart bar COULD BE REPLACED WITH WRENCHES since you know he's kinda a robot and robots need wrenches to be fixed)

Oh! So basically you mean like a cyber pack or something similar. Interesting idea, although I feel like you might want to state more about what you've got in mind.
