I cant find the textures in my mc files or the enchanting table texture for that matter, honestly someone telling me how to get to the texture files would be great! Thanks :D

To get recent Minecraft textures you have to go in .minecraft/versions/<version> folder
You can acces this folder easily from in-game by going to resourcepack and clicking on "Open resourcepacks folder"
When you are in version folder you will see two files: <version>.jar and <version>.json, open the jar as archive using archiver of your choice, personally I recommend 7-zip on Windows.
The enchantment table textures are located in assets/minecraft/textures/block folder.
