I've checked many packs in the seacrh of a vanilla like (16x16) Ender Chest Texture that looks good, but I can't find any that convinces me, do you have any suggestions?
(I only want 16x16 textures that can match the default look of Minecraft)

Go into %APPDATA%\.minecraft ( On Windows) or ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft (macOS) or ~/.minecraft (Linux)
Then in versions folder and version folder (for example 1.15)
In here you will see two files:
1.15.jar
1.15.json
Open jar file as archive (you will need archiver program to do that, I'm recommending 7-zip, right click on the jar and from context menu select 7-zip>>Open as Archive) then go to assets/minecraft/textures/entity/chest
Here's your default ender chest textures, depending on version they will look different.
