Looking for help with a name-dependent Elytra texture pack

Greetings, I'm looking for someone to help me with an elytra texture pack that allows you to change the texture of the elytra by renaming it certain things. So far I've only made one retexture but if I could get it to work I would love to add many more textures for a public release. I want it to work without having any mods if possible, if not possible then I want it to at least be compatible with both OptiFine and Sodium. If you are interested in helping out please DM me.
