i am planning on making a 1.13 or 1.14 texturepack,...
a maybe sci-fi, but im not sure yet,...
i can 3d model and texture,... all i need is someone with a creative mind, (and i need someone to talk to,...)
do you have a creative mind OR are just looking for someone to talk to,

What do you mean an creative mind? You mean someone that can create some special effect in your resourcepack? I can make lightmap and emissive/glowing textures, is that good enough?

I've always wanted to make a medieval pack, but i'm not very good at texturing, however i can make lightmap, emissive and edit other textures

It really depends on what youre looking for, creativity is as broad a subject as sports is to an athlete.
