That's disputable. You'd be hard pressed to make a texturepack stupider than mine.

Yeah, like what TheAwesomeCrono said, make a themed texture pack about something that interests you. Like drawing? Make a sketchy type texture pack. Like boredom? Then go make the most stupid texture pack ever. Well, you get the idea

Depends, what do you mean by ideas? Wool can be wool, wood can be wood.

Ideas/suggestions for the designs of blocks ex.redsone block has a trollface in it,things like that.
