Re-texture ender dragon as Helmaroc King?

I need a good texture pack creator to re-texture the ender dragon for my adventure map? Any good programs to re-texture the dragon, or can you make him?

Mine shows a dragon.png, a dragon_exploding.png, and a dragon_eyes.png. They should be labeled as such, letting you know which is which. I'm trying this on 1.7.4. Also, make sure you're not looking at any texture packs.

Only one .png, not sure which part is which.

If you're looking to do it yourself, or can't find help:
1. Find the default dragon skin, so you know the parameters of the .png file(s) that you will need to create. To do this, go to your .minecraft folder > versions > any version, I would think > open the (whatever version you're using).jar file with WinRAR, 7Zip, etc. > assets > minecraft > textures > entity > enderdragon.
That will bring you to 3 .png files that make up the skin of the dragon.
2. Edit or remake these in using an image editing software (Photoshop, Gimp, even MS Paint).
