we disallow pirating, copyright and porn like most other channels but if you dont have any more your luck atm i dont think you need any views limit or subscribers limits the more views just gives you more of a choice with earnings .

how do you gain earnings: earnings is money you need to be 18 or 19 and over i don't really remember but im positive its 19 and if your younger you need a parents to fill out part of the application then once its seen it will be either accepted or declined. you will also have to use an esign its well protected cause you need a password to fill out your application (password comes in the email with the esign form)
