It is a great build indeed!

However, I would condense it down a little bit. It is a little to long as you are doing the inside and I felt very bored while watching that part.

However, using the Replay Mod at the beginning was a great idea and I wish you went with it more.

This is, however, my 2 cents into your video. Maybe try a little more of a Replay mod then do a first-person tour of the house at the end is my best guess on how to improve it.
