Greetings everyone,

As the title suggests, I've been on a four-year hiatus from this website and now I'm (temporarily) back, although I indeed only will be on this site rarely, and today's my 29th birthday (April 27th, hence the "0427" part in my username).

My town project, called "Berglisades Park, CYL County: (the CYL part, which is my initials) which I've realized that I haven't updated it in about four years, after someone from the PMC community commented on one of my videos. I'm now a BILINGUAL YouTuber. I'll explain this matter AFTER I SHARE MY YOUTUBE VIDEOS BELOW (Here FIRST comes the FUN part) :

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING OF THIS THREAD ASIDE FROM ME SEEKING UNDERSTANDING FROM YOU, IS TO HELP ME GET MORE VIEWS AND SUBSCRIBERS (I only have 11 subscribers on my channel) !!!

NOW HERE'S MY (NOT SO FUN) REALITY AND MY LIFESTYLE :

Highlighted in GREEN is what I like to do most outside of my full time job, AMBER is what I can tolerate with but don't like very much, and RED is what generally I HATE doing in my life.

I work full-time with a 45-minute commute by walking to bus station (1 km walk) and taking the bus, and back. This means I certainly DO NOT have all the time in the world to work on BOTH my channel AND this town project, so it's definitely VERY DIFFICULT for me to balance quite a few things together, whenever I'm NOT working, which are:

1. Working on this town project,
2. Working on my YouTube channel,
3. Data Entry, 1 and a half to 2 hours a night, 8-11 hours a week, as a personal errand
4. Any random household chores which my mother might give me (taking out trash, laundry, washing dishes)
5. Household errands including buying lunch or dinner myself (these two can take a significant amount of time)
6. Getting enough sleep, especially on the nights before I have to work.

If I were to do the math, I'll divide it this way:

- 40 hrs a week at my job
- 8 hours a week spent commuting (45 minutes times 2 (commuting both ways) = 90 minutes), then multiply by 5 = 450 minutes, and then divide by 60 to convert to hours = 7.5 hours, and then round that to the nearest whole number, which is about eight hours.)
- 10 hours a week data entry errands (on average)
- Taking 30-40 minutes to eat dinner per night, same for lunch on weekends (35 minutes avg., (35 x 5) + (70 x 2) = 315 min., convert to hours is about 5 hrs)
- On work nights, going to bed at about 12am then waking at 6:30am to get to work on time (6.5 hours of sleep on weeknights, 6.5 x 5 = 32.5 hours of sleep from Sunday to Thursday night)
- Friday and Saturday night of sleeping at least 8 hours (16 hours total), which might include afternoon naps

Let's subtract all these numbers from 168 hours in the week:

168 - 40 - 8 - 10 - 5 - 32.5 - 16 = about 56 hours left

This does NOT even take into account how much time I take to settle down and unpack my things after work, pack my things to prepare for work the night before, the time it takes for me to buy meals (on some days), IN ADDITION to taking foot baths after work (I easily get sore from all that walking to the bus station and back). The nearest bus station from my apartment in Taiwan is about 1 kilometer away, so I walk on average at least 7,000 steps a day, sometimes exceeding 10,000 steps day. And I've haven't even mentioned that I have a daily skincare and moisturizing routine (I have eczema or atopic dermatitis) AND that EVEN SINCE I'VE GRADUATED FROM COLLEGE SIX YEARS AGO, I INDEED STILL SUCK AT TIME MANAGEMENT. NOT AN EXPERT IN TIME MANAGEMENT WHILE I WAS IN COLLEGE, AND GOD KNOWS WHEN, IF I EVER WILL GET BETTER AT TIME MANAGEMENT.

What I love to do outside of my employment, which is my Minecraft town project and my YouTube channel, I estimate that I can ONLY do about a total of 18-20 hours PER WEEK on these two hobbies, even exceeding 20 hours a week seems like a TALL ORDER for me.

Finally, one random fun fact about me is that, I've been a BIG fan of thrash metal music, and heavy metal in general for about two years now, especially to deal with all the stress of balancing all these acts of life at once. I find such music very cathartic!!

THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING,

Chiayang

Happy-birthday dude! I believe in you. The builds look insane. I hope to see you more in the future.

(the entire calculation is so real, too. I do the same w/ my hours on Minecraft)
