This Farm works on Java edition in version 1.21 and below. I did not test it on the Bedrock edition.

Interesting, the extra height of the stonecutter seems to be enough to raise the adults into contact with the lava…
Might be good to add more glass at the corners to limit the ability of the mobs to glitch through [unless 1.21.3 has finally fixed this]
