Thinking about making a series (I'm a youtube partner)

So I have been accepted as a full youtube partner, and now have a banner, ect. on my page, and for that I am thinking about creating a Minecraft third person video series. http://www.youtube.com/user/xyphien
I am currently looking for people to help play main roles in the series. This will mean you will HAVE to have a flexible schedule and be ready when need be. I have not designed a schedule for the production as of yet, which is why you must have a flexible schedule. I live on the East Cost of the US, and work from 3-5pm - 10pm-1am every day.
In order to get accepted you MUST have a skype and a working microphone to talk to me by. This way I can tell you/show you where to go, what you will be doing, ect.

You just posted all this in the post, when it clearly states to PM me. How would you be able to do scripting when you fail to read a post? Also, you never once stated if you were applying for a background character or voice actor...

So, what exactly is the difference between main character and main voice actor?

Character will involve you acting in game, while the voice is going to be recorded before the filming will begin. We will have all voices and scripts pre-recorded prior to filming to have everything go more smoothly and faster. So the main character will be what everyone sees, whilst the main voice actor is what everyone hears. Hope that clears it up for you.
