Wonder-Strike youtube Survival multiplayer [RECRUITING]

Hey guys what's up?!?!?! , Ive recently bought a server that is planned to be a SMP!(Survival-Multiplayer) As soon as i get players on it , And I'm inviting any dedicated players to join it I also need youtubers to do videos on it frequently.
The youtubers must be active if they are going to be posting,
(I.E. Not once every 2 months) So here are the guidelines if you don't sound like this then don't bother with an application!
GUIDELINES :
1. Your are an active player (like 3-4 times a week)
2. You aren't younger than 9 years old :L
3. You don't grief or troll
4. Your don't whine or spam (SERIOUSLY...Don't do it bro! )
And now if you fit those here is the Application for you to fill in! If we think you are a decent good player then we will reply to your comment saying you got in and whitelist you on the server if not...Sorry ?
