Cannot capture Minecraft PS3 content with Avermedia HD 2

Hi,
We just got all set up with the Avermedia Gamecapture 2 as the Version 1 we recently purchased and tested has terrible quality and we had to play the game with terrible motion blur and quality, so we now have Version 2 and this is set up much better by running HDMi leads from the PS3 to the Capture Card then HDMi to the T.V so everything is still in HDMi, However when pressing the take snap shot and record button we get the following message:
"X Unable to record" "This HDMI video is content is HDCP-protected.
How are we suppose to show off our worlds with this issue?
Any one know a work around? and still keep HD Quality?
