1 - Commentary is usually more interesting than music
The reason for this is that music can have positive and negative effects like described above. I liked the dubstep that you had on your videos but a lot of people don't like dubstep. Go for a neutral ground for music and use it to just support the audio.....not replace it.
2. - Make your episodes longer

I liked the sprint video, you should do commentaries, most fun to watch.
And I really don't like the dubstep in it, it ruins the video in my opinion

In Episode 5 of HungerGames i've gone for a different stlye of music, see if that makes it better

Its a tricky choice to make when using dubstep haha.
