Is there any groups I can join? I only ask that you're 16+ and within a reasonable timezone (mine is Newcastle, England) and I'm 18 years old looking to join an already established group of people. It would be interesting to make new friends!

My Group is called Caplex. We 2 servers and players all over the world with at least 4 in Britian.
For our moded server you must be a youtuber and able to upload weekly but for our Vanilla server I think its open to all. But join discord server and chat us up, search caplex on youtube.
