Let me start off by saying it looks okay, and I'm sure you can do a lot better!
The problem is that you use a LOT of blocks which don't go that well together. The best example is your: https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/factions-spawn-1-12-2/ where the patterns look great, but the colouring of it all just looks too random.
Try to use a little less colour and use a Colour Scheme like: Cobble, Stonebrick, Andersite, Grey Concrete, and 1 bright colour like Red wool, or orange terracotta.
But also becarefull that you don't end up using just about the same blocks all the time like you did with: https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/minecraft-faction-spawn-download-1-12-schematic-region-download/ where there's nothing that really catches your eye, and there's so many details that it all just looks random once again.
So a little less detailing (Focus on creating cool patterns) and then find a kind of "In-between" with the amount of colours you use / Don't use :D
