EDIT: RE-Released the video due to an issue preventing it from working on servers. Issue's fixed! :D

I noticed the Micro farm design I used to use doesn't work in 1.13 and up. Because of that I decided to sit down and design a new one. Ended up making a redstone tutorial out of it. Had to do it nearly from scratch, aside the 3 dispensers facing the farmed bit of dirt. If you like it, please let me know.
