I think Cake boy would be a good hero.
He save people who are starving by giving them a cake, he also can stick to sealings because his hair is sticky like frosting.
he gets bad guys distracted eating a cake and then another hero comes in trapping the villain and taking the villain to jail.

But one day he escaped by tricking a guard into going to his cell and biting her nose off and using it to pick the lock on the cell door.
When he escaped he found an abandoned building and maid it his lair.
His face got cold one night so he went out to find something to keep it warm. But he found his old Doctor outfit in a dumpster. But he still needed to get his face warm. so he killed a fe rabbits and stitched them together to make a mask.
