TypeConorIncase anyone was further wondering because of the lack-of-updates, this project has been taken up by a, much-better than me PHP developer to work on the back-end for the website. After the sites initial launch (hopefully tomorrow) we will expand to other servers as more people join.
Wow, nice.

TypeConorXeronI wouldn't mind making some GFX for this - also I have an idea for a similar website which we could make together!
PM me for more information + contact details.
Ok i've sent you a message!
I haven't received any messages!

You could have the newest update log in the post and have the older ones in a spoiler.

Ah ok fair enough, in that case I would probably use it!

Its a good idea but:
"How will the website generate revenue
We currently have two ways to generate revenue from the site.
An account ""upgrade"" to make you appear higher in search results, therefore more likely to be picked. This will be subscription based.
And advertisements on the home page (and other pages eventually. Not the 'My account' page) - These will consist of mainly gaming based advertisements that we will manually choose and not go through Google Ads. It will be based on an impressions system."
So the people searching for work are going to pay to do work?
Also to make the image's fit, you can use [SIMG] tags instead of [IMG]
Xeron, I'll create an example:
There are 300 people wanting to be moderator for a server:
James is the only one with premium:
James appears at the TOP of the search results because he's premium, therefore he is MORE visible by the server owner so MORE likely to be picked by the server owner.
For the advertisement space:
A server owner (this is optional) can choose to purchase advertisements for his server and have them placed on the front-page, therefore people visiting the site will see his server ip, GIF or photo etc and make it more popular
You still don't get what I am saying - why are people going to pay to work for a server, or possibly not if they don't even get accepted into one! In my past experiences of server owning and working as staff on multiple servers, I can say quite embarrassingly that many staff members only apply to work on servers for the power and the hope that the server becomes big and that they can be in some way 'famous' (This is not everyone though, there are some general good staff members out there doing it for the right reasons), and for something as petty as this as they really going to pay?
The advertising bit might work but I thought this was a place to hire staff, not a server list?

I need to fix the image sizes :L
Unfortunately PMC doesn't have a built in image scaler (Maybe go suggest it).
Options are A) resize and reupload, or B) wrap the img in an URL which goes to the image, so people can click it and see it full screen.
Or of course option C), a scaled thumbnail with "click for full size"
Yes we do. Use the [simg] tag.
That's Paril, isn't it? Well then, time to record this as 5th time that I've seen Paril in the forums. Wow, a milestone
