I recently began writing a story with the same concept of Percy Jackson, with different people, settings, adventures, stuff. It is the first book I am attempting. I am planning to take years to make a series and get them published. It might not be too good at first look, I am young, only 10 years old, so I'm not too good. I just started writing.

Ok, fix the grammar and make the chapters longer, like 15 pages.

Grammar, I have an editor, I'll revise grammar every few pages. And for chapters, I'm going expand the chapters a lot after each 10 chapters or so, right now I just have the basic idea planned out in them.

What do you mean, easily delete it? Also, I couldn't really think of a good beginning, not exactly a copy, mine starts with a intense time, Percy Jackson starts with a calm field trip with an introducing of characters, eh,

Not really... I have a google account and I can delete parts. A random person knows she is a daughter of a greek god and she got suprised. Percy Jackson just had more details. (Not saying your writing is bad, just I can't picture anything in my mind.)

That is because I will come back to it to add more!! Also, she has no clue, and yeah anybody can TRY to make edits, they can't really do it, and I can disapprove or approve it.

Percy Jackson came in slowly, you just rushed.

It kinda looks like your copying the beggining. You can also EASILY delete it.
