Quick Question about BGM in Minecraft map.

Is it okay to put copyright music into a Minecraft map as a BGM and upload the map into PMC?
I'd like to put musics from Falcom, whose musics are free to use according to their 'Free Music Use' policy, but specifically states in their declaration that using their music for a game is not ok, into my adventure map project - the unfinished version of which has already been uploaded.

Without proper credit of something government official it is illegal to implement copyrighted work(s) into your own.
In conclusion putting something copyright into another thing copyright like a videogame would be illegal.
