What is your favorite thing to build in Minecraft?

I tend to build mad science labs in mountains that go down for several levels and have tons of redstone (and command block if in creative mode) mechanisms.

I build buildings

I like to build castles, farms, houses, animal houses.

I normally build houses, (not much anymore) and I casually build statues of skins I've made.
