just as long as it has MORE than 4gb ram an atleast an I5 and not intel hd graphics you should be fine, i gimped my computer a while back and shaders are more gpu heavy rather than cpu but that doesnt mean get a bad cpu

nope, where i am, most AiO with the specs i listed are about 950-1200 but just look around and do research, and by AiO you mean everything is in the screen right?
