Emm. You only need 8gb of ram unless you do lots of video edditing etc and a 1gb gpu in a 1100 dollar build... rly?! Besides those two flaws its also without an OS so that will add up another $90-100, so you pass the 1100 dollar mark.
Buy what randomness3333 wrote a bit earlier. Nice build. Though since the budget allows it get a western digital black drive. Its also 7200rmp and has 5 year warranty. Wd is a highly trusted brand. (Not saying seagate sucks, they are good too)

That's like a 600$ computer with some bad parts. It doesn't even come with Windows.

You would be more suited to get an i5 at your price point instead of an i7.

If you don't plan on building one like the above techno-engineers, I would recommend getting a Lenovo Y series. I have a couple friends with those, and man, are they powerful. You'll be running Crysis 3 no problem, especially if you get the $1200 models.

anything can run crysis 3 no problem
crysis 1 is still the more demanding game
Randomness3333 build is one of the best you can get for that price

This build for under will handle pretty much all gaming at 1080p on high/ultra with only one monitor.

I made a really nice AMD build not too long ago, that was around $900, but I deleted the parts list because I got upgrades to my current PC instead.
Here's a nice Intel build, which is *slightly* out of your price range. You can just swap the i7-3770K for an i5-3570K, and it'll fall into your budget. Although, an i7 is strongly recommended for video editing and rendering.

For that build the 3770K is way to good for the rest of the parts. It's kinda like bottlenecked but instead there is one good part and the rest dont really match up to it.

750w seems pretty overkill for that system. 600w would be fine. Replace the video card and get an i5.

Damn, at that price limit you could get a really good Gaming PC, I don't know what to recommend to you. O_o But This site might help choosing parts while trying to keep the price at that limit: http://pcpartpicker.com/
