With this detailed list I'll be able to teach you!

First, go into your CS+ folder. Located normally in Program Files
MAKE SURE IT'S NOT IN THERE, MOVE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
THIS WILL BE EVEN HARDER IF NOT!
Second, go to the data folder and double click on mods.txt
Third, edit all of the R# and shtuff to say R+ in the end it should look like this.
