Umm... you can't hook an XBox into any computer? And fill this out.
What is this computer going to be used for?
List what you will be doing with your computer.
What is your budget?
Include amount and currency.
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
Your country lets us know what sites you can order from. If you have a nearby Microcenter they have some great in-store only deals that you can take advantage of.
What is included in the budget?
Things like the tower, the OS, peripherals and monitors.
Will you be overclocking?
Overclocking will require different hardware than a non-overclocking build so we need to know this.
Will you be reusing any parts?
If you are reusing parts list them here.
What OS do you want?
Say which OS you want or say if you already have a copy of one.
Any specific case preferences?
Size, color, etc.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
Stuff like an SSD, large hard drive, RAID, and wifi

Yah you can, it's easy. You would hook it into your monitor though.

-Same CPU (best not overclockable CPU out there).
-Better, futureproof motherboard (Broadwell CPUs will support H97 chipset motherboards. That doesn't apply to B85 chipset motherboards).
-Cheaper RAM.
-Cheaper and better HDD
-R9 280X performs better than GTX 760.
-Better case.
-Same PSU.
-Better Wi-Fi adapter.

(Not sure about the motherboard, it might be an overclocking one)

You can overclock in that one, but I don't really recommend it. You didn't add a CPU cooler either, so yeah, better not overclock that.

Still, it offers pretty great performance even without overlclocking, and it's within the OP's budget. Without discounts, it's around $650, which leaves ~$40 for a cpu cooler if he decides to get extra performance later. Otherwise, he can throw in a decent air cooler or a hybrid cooler for $20 - $40.

He can also add in a 270X or a 280. Heck, he can go for a 280X if he wants to spend around ~$20 more than $700. The only reason I didn't add a better one than a 270 was because I wanted it to stay under $600.

-I3 is better than the 6300 for gaming and has a much better upgrade path (with a h97/Z97 mobo).
-Horrible motherboard. It can barely handle the 6300 at stock.
-I'd spend the extra money to get 8gbs of RAM, plus if you get 2x2 GBS of RAM now future upgrades will be limited. it would be better to get a single 4gb stick now and add another later.
-Don't get that HDD. It's 5400RPM which is very slow. It's meant to be a media storage drive pretty much.
-You can get a better case for that price or save some money on a cheaper one.
-Why would you ever thing of recommending a 1366x766 monitor especially when a 1080p monitor is only a few bucks more. 1080p is the minimum that anyone should be getting today.
This is what I would recommend.
