People now usually install Windows from USB and don't purchase it.

Include that in you're post then

I don't need a HDD (I can take the one from my current), also not needing OS, or Optical drive(Torrenting OS + Installing from USB), Dont need that powerful of a GPU because the games I play arent demanding

God no, that build is so bad
Get This, though I would wait until a certified PC group member recommends a build.

i5-4460 CPU
Z97M Motherboard
8GB RAM
1TB HDD
GTX 960 GPU
Corsair 350D Window Case
Corsair CX 600W PSU
This build gets you a very good gaming processor AND graphics card, a nice motherboard, and enough RAM for your gaming needs.
If you want to save some money for something like an SSD or maybe some more RAM, I'd recommend not buying such a fancy case. There are many cases that aren't windowed and come very, very cheap (~$20).

My GPU wasn't on the list because its older (built my system less than 1 month ago but got the gpu free from someone I know(and its amazing)) You could probably also borrow the OS from a friend to save quite a bit. Heres the list, enjoy!
