I have an Nvidia GPU, that's when they were good. They still are decent but their new GPU's really suck. All they care about is AI and fake frame generation.
At the moment I would choose AMD because they have no fake frames, and care about us gamers out here. They are doing noice rn.

Well, I don't know what CPU I got, and I really don't want to risk taking it off at the risk of literal death.

My laptop does too, but I'm looking into building one that'll have an AMD one
My plan for a server build is an Intell Core i9 CPU

For a server you would want intel xeon not core.
Budget only extends to a Intel-Core-i9-14900KS, seems the best within my price range on cpu.user.benchmark.com
Xeon is still made for servers like AMD EPYC

Nah, intel kind of cooked with the B580. It'll be my next upgrade
They actually tank performance on older systems
I still love AMD more.
