There is 3 problems with Dream.
1. He uses his fans to get the glow squid
2. He maybe cheated in one of his speedruns
3. He can brag about how good he is sometimes
Over all, I like Dream and he makes good YouTube Videos

He may put a lot of effort in his videos, but I still think he's not funny at all. I once clicked on one of his videos because the title seemed interesting and all they did was just screaming all the time. It was really dumb. However, at least I clicked on one of his videos which is a lot more than other Fortnite YouTubers get from me so it's not all bad about him. Also, the speedrun cheat controversy is another thing. I think it's alright to cheat for a scripted video. However he submitted that to the speedrun community so I think this is really dishonest and makes me wanna trust this guy less. But it's just my opinion. In the end he is a YouTuber who has some much more interesting ideas than most other YouTubers have. I just think his humor isn't my kinda thing resulting in me not wanting to watch his videos. I'm glad most kids today watch Dream instead of generic Fortnite YouTuber no. 38538.

tbh it's not a big deal if he cheated or not. it does not matter.
also, as someone who doesn't watch dream, I don't care about if he'd overrated or not. he's a minecraft youtuber. That's it. If people want to enjoy his content and sub to him, good for them! I'm glad they found content they enjoy. But in the end he plays a game and makes vids about it, and if you don't care, that's also fine.

I enjoy watching him and several other mcyts. I think that the haters are as much of a problem as some of the super fans though. It's not that big of a deal if he cheats in a kid's block game.

Although I think people sometimes give Dream either too much clout or too much hate. It goes both ways.

Yeah, he may have cheated on speedrunning but that doesn't ruin the success he's had on the platform, and probably the only reason why this entire cheating allegation has become a big deal is because of his size. It was rigged in his favor, not scripted he didn't cheat to get a faster time, he cheated to get a time faster. Plus you say "speedruns" implying he's cheated everyone single one, which is not true only certain 1.16 speedruns in which he streamed. Only those speedruns are on the table.

His humor? I have never seen a video where he tried the "Hey Sh-- A-- " meme, any person who has a Dream skin is only parodying Dream and instead is trying to make this fictional character Sh--A-- look like a Minecraft god. It would have made more sense if his humor was something like "GeOrGe!" because he screams it so many times during Manhunt.

Don't get me wrong there's plenty to dislike, I dislike how he keeps saying "this is the last manhunt!" when we all know he's gonna do another one soon. I also hated how he has acted on Twitter for the October Mob Vote and when he was first accused of cheating. Everything else I dislike about the involves Dream are mainly things that are out of his control with his fanbase, which makes me angry when people blame him for crud he didn't.

There's plenty to dislike, but many of the things you've said are just flawed or misleading, could just be that it was 1 am for you and you didn't think the clearest about it, but I could also be wrong with that.
