I would suggest this. it is almost 700$ so you have alot of room to add a good ssd or improve the gpu or cpu. It is based on the previous pcparts picker in this forum.
Could this atleast run minecraft ultra shaders at 60fps?

1. Which monitor size are you using? 1080p? 2k? 4k?
2. Are you looking only for gaming? or will you be editing/doing other work?
3. does the case's look matter to you?
4. would you mind overclocking the cpu/gpu?
5. do you HAVE to have a intel/amd/nvidia chip or you don't mind which?
6. what is more important to you, a solid 60fps or a playable ultra quality?

I would *not* recommend this build at all!
1. there is no cpu cooler. the new intel line does not include fans.
2. that is a micro ATX motherboard, you will be VERY limited to how many additions you add.
3. the 240gb ssd is not recommended by me, not if you want to save money and gain fps.
4. you haven't included any hard drives! what is he going to save those 20gb games on? ssds like this are only for operating systems and important applications.
5. If you are using a 1080p monitor, the gtx960 is good enough. I run bf4 on 60+ fps in multiplayer with a gtx960. higher than that is only if you are planning on going bigger than 1080p. I would suggest putting that extra money into a better processor, or a cpu cooler.
6. please by all means, check for better cooling solutions both for the cpu and the case.

1. False. Only the unlocked parts don't come with coolers.
2. It has 4 RAM slots, an M.2 slot, 6 SATA ports, and supports CrossFire. What more could you need? SLI support? Maybe, but a multi-GPU setup is out of the scope of this build. Also, I see you questioned my motherboard choice and then used the exact same board in your suggested build. Nice.
3. I as well as 45 others on Newegg recommend that SSD. What's wrong with it?
4. Saying SSDs are only for storing important programs and the OS is like saying your backpack is only for storing textbooks. 240GB is more than enough for what OP needs, and if he ever needs more storage he can spend a couple week's worth of allowance (or something) and get a hard drive. Planetside 2 is less than 17GiB and Battlefield 4 is about 40GiB (with all DLC). Add 11GiB for 64-bit Windows 10, and you're looking at about 156GiB free disk space. That is plenty of extra space for other games and programs.
5. A GTX 980 Ti isn't even enough to max out modern games at 1080p. The Division easily drops to the 50's outdoors when running maxed on a 980 Ti. Investing in a "better processor" than a 6700 almost makes no sense unless OP increased his budget to allow for an X99 motherboard.
6. The stock cooler will keep the 65W i7 under 70°C even when gaming. The only reason he'd need something better is for silence, in which case the $30 212 EVO is a good choice. I'm not sure where you're coming from with the case needing better cooling options. It has two very nice Fractal Design fans included with it, so airflow won't be an issue.
Please, do research before questioning someone's suggestions.

This is a pretty good build, however I will say if it ends up being cheaper, PS2 runs great on my PC with an Intel i7 4770. Not sure how the price will compare, though.

I'm willing to sacrifice ultra for medium- high 60fps, can you find a build for those requirements?

That could be tough for $800, especially running Planetside 2 on ultra at 60 FPS. When building it though, consider that PS2 has the capability of rendering frames on both the CPU and GPU, and both games have very high definition textures and massive maps so get a graphics card with a good amount of VRAM on it. I have a total of about 3GB VRAM and the last time I tried running PS2 (which was about a year ago, it's probably much more graphically intensive now) I was able to get about 60 FPS with far render distance and medium settings on everything else.

I can settle for a lower setting for them, like medium-high
