FPS shooter game: graphic designers and some coders needed!

hello everybody! i'm starting a new FPS game on unity. i need some help on it. and for some reason, my first thought was to get some on the PMC forums.
the game will be a singleplayer and multiplayer shooter. it will have guns, grenades, misselss, etc.
so i need some graphic designers. these are the jobs graphic designers can make applicatons for:
characters:
weapons:
The Gamers Incorp
grenades:
terrains:
ProGamingCrew
for scripters, just say what you can do and write an application for it.
make the applications however you want.

i like how you included guns in to the list of a shooter, i think we can figure that one out for are self. lol i would help x. x but sadly i don't know coding yet. i want to learn though

the link has been updated. try now. to run the game, open the zip and open the application that has a unity symbol.

Why have you said FPS shooter game? Isn't FPS commonly known to be 'First person Shooter'? You need not add the shooter afterwards.

I don't know whyits not working. Ill fix it. But i right now I need people who can design weapons and stuff

I'd love to help, but I know nothing about Unity and I have a Mac. I'm sure I could email you some gun sketches and designs, but I don't have any 3D software.

You know, just as a suggestion, there are a whole lot of games that just have normal M16's and SCAR-H's -- almost a surplus. If you were to make the game have a finesse to it, like futuristic weapons or something parkour-esque, it would be much more interesting than a COD clone.

his game is generally a FPS on an island, or so it seems when i looked at it. Almost inspires me to put my programming basics to test ;3

If you get the error that says "Executable must be next to test game_data" simply drag the Test Game.exe out of the folder so that they are next to each other.
Other than that, It is nice, but just the basics. There is no strafing. When you try to move left and right it just changes where you are looking.
Also, a menu would be nice. You know like a way to exit the game safely.

agreed, on top of that you can just walk up mountain sides. Im not sure if it was purposely like that or not. You can also walk through trees. But its a basic skeleton of the game so its not bad

announcment: instead of working off of what i made, were gonna start from scratch. if you have anything contributing to the new game, send it to me in a private message with a media fire link. (everything must be unity compatible) we will all be using the same version of unity. do not update unless your version is not the one the rest of the team is on.

Honestly, I'm not great at Unity, but I can help you if you'd like. I have Unity, know basic JavaScript, and am decent at artwork and 3D mesh (guns and people and stuff), and I'd love to get involved in something collaborative with Unity! Please PM me ASAP if you'd like me to help!
