Hello everyone, this month I am a little short on funds, and I need to make me a website, so I was wondering if anyone knows of a good (possible free) website host.

Now before you go posting stuff like wix.com or anything, it must have the following.

Access to pages backend code so I can develop the website myself.
Must not be a website creator such as wix.
If possible, I must be able to get root access to the web server, incase I want to run a MC server off of it.

Now I understand that I might not be able to get something like that for free, however, as long as it is a fairly low priced host, I can pay for it.

I have ruled out the following the last time I looked at web servers:

GoDaddy (Does not allow root access, can sometimes get really pricey)

Considering the following, please provide you opinion on them:

Server4You - vServer

(I will update this post when I rule more out)
