Is there any way you can convert your Krona to Euros? If so, here is a very nice build that will cost on the higher end of your budget, but includes a Haswell i5 and a GTX 970, which allows you to play basically every game out on the market at 1080p with maximum settings at 60 frames per second.

Here you go! (Im not 100% sure if it's good, but I tried my best )
This is for you and everyone else posting links from pc part picker.
HE LIVES IN SWEDEN
the only site from here that ships to Europe is amazon.com and it takes more than a month to deliver it
so the only way to do it is to buy parts from some swedish/european part store but you'll get ripped off since the prices are very high...

I never said you guys don't know what you're doing, as you seem like you would know a lot on computers. I said there are actual companies that have been around for years who know more than a PC group on a forum site.
Companies are in it for profit; we are not. Therefore, we are not influenced by the need for revenue when creating PC builds for people.
Several of us have computer-related jobs. Killertoad works at a PC repair shop, and I work in the IT department of a large US government contractor. We know what we're talking about and we do this without the bias of trying to make a profit out of the interaction. That makes us the perfect candidates to seek for help building the best PC for your money.
1
TumblrFoxNamezAlright, so I don't use eBay. What's bad about that? I actually use ~reliable~ sites.
You implied it with your sarcasm. Ebay believe it or not buys the parts in advance and make a $100+ profit on the PC when you buy it. (Talking about custom PCs on eBay). And guess what, some of us have been working with PCs since before this forum existed. So don't go by age of the forums. We only decided to help people here because there are people who will suggest idiotic wrong info that will not help them at all. And all of those companies overcharge for what they do. Ask on a forum, simple as that, you don't have to pay any money. Ask on a forum, get a PC build for free. Go to a computer shop? They will charge you extra money for a PC. If you aren't going to help OP like the rest of us, please exit. If you want to continue this argument, PM me.
I was trying to help but you replied with a semi-rude answer saying it's stupid to go to eBay. The OP corrected me, anyway.
At the time of the post, I hadn't heard of a PC group, I just thought he was asking PMC for a new PC.
Alright, I'm done.
I replied with a "semi-rude" answer because you blatantly told OP that PMC isn't a good place to ask for a PC. Everyone here knows what they are doing.

P.S. you obviously don't make very good decisions buying PCs if you bought a scam PC, you bought a computer from Apple, and you bought an Alienware.

NamezTumblrFoxWow, you don't think its the best place, so you suggest a place where you can get scammed, they overprice PCs, and don't give you the full specs.
When we will.
GG.
Yes, because a Minecraft forums site for teenagers is a good place to find a PC and not get scammed while an actual company that has been selling PC's for years don't know what their doing.
I bought a 2013 Macbook Pro that was new off eBay for 300 dollars in an auction.
I have also bought many other PC's for very low prices and never got scammed.
When you type the computer name in eBay you're trying to sell, eBay looks the product up and gives you every spec. even if the seller didn't say anything. They even include a video review.
I sell computers on eBay and I don't even type in the specs because eBay just finds them.
"GG"I don't think you've heard of the pc group.
I haven't... sorry!
Actually, the person posting the PC has to type in the specs themselves. Also, if I recall, you made a thread about a $30 laptop and that was a scam too? And guess what, I haven't seen you help one person with PCs like some of us have. Next time you try to say we don't know what you are doing, look at some of our previous posts.
Actually, you don't type the specs yourself. Seems like you don't use eBay, so how would you know? I have sold several computers, and I can tell you right now that you don't type the specs in.
I never said you guys don't know what you're doing, as you seem like you would know a lot on computers. I said there are actual companies that have been around for years who know more than a PC group on a forum site.
That scam was actually someone who hacked into someone elses eBay account. Shortly after I bought the item, I got an email from eBay saying the eBay account was hacked and the person who sold it didn't own the account. If you don't believe me, I will take a screenshot of the e-mail for you.

Actually, some of us in the PC group have been working with computers for years and won't scam you like half of your local computer repair shops or online sites that think they know what they're doing. They may have been selling PCs for years, but some of us here have been helping people with PCs for years and they're satisfied with the help they get.

You can play almost any game at high - medium settings when playing at 4k resolution.
Also a great and fast processor for editing photos at extremely high resolution.
Some peapole might think this build is a little overkill for your uses, but well, whats the downside of having a overkill pc for your usage?
the 120gb ssd for your operating system will make you get really fast boot times. Also hope you dont plan installing the OS from a cd, instead of that use USB 3.0 to install.

You can get an 4ghz i7 and an ssd with that budget. why 99 dollars for a case? The graphics card is too expensive.
1
Why would you want a better processor over a better GPU if you're gaming? An SSD isn't necessary either. Also, its an amazing case and the 970's price-performance ratio is amazing.

Does the budget include shipping?

but since I build my pcs without the need for this site, I'm not too sure how well it will suit your needs but hey if it does tell me because I'm currently in the market myself for one so yeah. Also, you may want to get the power supply outside because it's sometimes cheaper
For one, that is a bad build and two, he lives in Sweden.
Look at his budget
So? He didn't give a Swedish currency for nothing, and what do you think "I do not live in the land of freedom" means? I don't think it changes the fact that he will get a bad PC build and have to pay $200 shipping
1
NamezNakudanLorpie - The PieI need a computer and I filled this form thingy :3
What is this computer going to be used for?
Mainly for gaming, drawing and photoediting.
What is your budget?
800 - 850 USD, Which is ~6500 - 7000 SEK(Swedish currency.)
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
I do not live in the land of "freedom" ;D jk but no
What is included in the budget?
Only the tower, not the OS nor any other things.
Will you be overclocking?
No.
Will you be reusing any parts?
Nopey nopey.
What OS do you want?
As I said OS isn't included in the build.
Any specific case preferences?
I can't think of one. I don't need a flashy case, just a good one.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
No.
