My minecraft launcher won't open! I've reinstalled like 10 times and no luck.
My specs are
4 GB RAM
64 bit Intel celeron 4-gen braswell
Intel hd graphics 400 1 GB video RAM
Windows 10 home version 1703.

U tried the old launcher?

is it one the taskbar but not open, or does it just not show up? cuz if the icon is there, hold shift and right click and then click maximize. i got that problem.

Which version are you trying to use?
Anyway, my advice: go to %appdata% (use the explorer filebrowser) and rename the .minecraft folder you'll find there. Then try again.
