I've heard Lenovo y50 laptops are pretty good and they will be within your price range.

Laptops are specifically more expensive because of their size/weight/heat limitations, bruh. For CSGO at high without lag, you'll need about $850+, maybe a little less if you find a good deal. At that price range, I'd say your best bet would be something from a year or two ago that's been marked down, maybe a mid-range ASUS or Lenovo.
