Need help with Twitch Streaming

I have internet download speed of about 11. But only and upload speed of .70
I was wondering if there was a way that I could stream some games(obviously not new triple A titles) but some games that I could stream and If you all could recommend certain settings to stream them. I use OBS. Also please recommend some games that I could stream.

Games where you don't do a whole lot of fast motion should do fine at something like 360p 30 FPS with a bitrate of somewhere around 500-700Kbps. YouTube recommends 1Mbps bitrate for 360p video uploaded to their site, so you should shoot for that.

I would say set the resolution to 480p and the bitrate to 600, and get a friend to do a test to see the wuality, also.. with that speed stay away from 60fps

Having a low resolution upload stream will decrease the FPS and quality of the game, so even if the game doesn't demand much powerwise it'll still be broadcasting at 480p. Unless you're streaming Nintendo 64 games, I would recommend upgrading your internet or using a cellular hotspot.

480p is fine for me. Like I said, I will playing 2D type games. That aren't meant to be graphically amazing in the first place. And I have tried the whole cellular hotspot thing, too expensive plus where I live isn't the best reception. I would upgrade my internet but we have the best plan CenturyLink has, and they aren't known for their upload speeds. Maybe one day in the future they will raise them. But I'm still looking for an answer to my question.

I don't think it's a very good idea to stream with that low of an upload speed.

That's recommended for like triple a titles and games that are dependent on graphics. I'm talking more like The Binding of Isaac, and such 2D games.
