Save up more and get an ATR-2500 by Audio technica. 50$ Great quality for what you need.

If you wanted a microphone to just attach to an existing pair of headphones, then I'd recommend the Zalman ZM-Mic1 or the Antlion modmic.
I would never recommend getting a headset, as their microphone quality and sound quality is always below par compared to a dedicated pair of headphones and mic. The ones I just recommended to you would sound better than any microphone on a headset about £150.

For $75 you can get a Audio Technica ATR2500, probably the best microphone for the price in my opinion.

do you have an apple device? if you do, then there's your mic, just get the app "Megaphone" and boom, one of the cheapest mics ever (excluding the cost for the apple device.) It has great quality and I use it oh and you'll need an audio cable as well.

This! They are actually surprisingly good if you have audacity http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ and a 2.5 mm double ended audio jack to go to your pc from the apple device. Honestly its great for just starting if you don't have a headset lying around.

You will not find a GOOD Microphone for $15. If you want a decent mic for Youtube you will need to cash out about $50-$100 for AT LEAST a pair of Turtle Beaches. I myself have a Blue Yeti Pro. which was $120 On Amazon.
