What is this computer going to be used for?
Gaming
Recording and Editing videos (Somewhat silent keyboard and fans for the recording bit please)

What is your budget?
The maximum amount of money is $2000 AUD and no higher..
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
I live in Western Australia
What is included in the budget?
I have a mouse so no need to worry about that.
Will you be overclocking?
Nope
Will you be reusing any parts?
Nope
What OS do you want?
Windows
Any specific case preferences?
I was thinking about this case http://apac.coolermaster.com/en/product ... mos-2.html
Any other special features that you want in the build?
I want WiFi. Also I want the build to be a bit silent since I would like to record without any horrible noises.
Thanks!

This case is frankly awesome. It's a nice compact size, fits everything you want, and has padding on the sides to dampen sound.

I was able to squeeze in a GTX 980 as well as a quiet, powerful CPU cooler to help keep CPU temps down. I was not impressed with the cooling ability of Intel's stock cooler for i7s.

There's also $68 of wiggle room to get a better keyboard (if you want) and pay for shipping.

(Edit: If you need a monitor and keyboard, then this build will exceed your budget.)
The PC Group is going to tear me apart in the chat for this build, because I kinda took a "few" risks, which might be stupid.

First of all, I went with 8gb of ram, instead of 16, (like almost everyone else) to save money. Also, upgrading ram is extremely easy and relatively cheap for pc upgrades.
Second, I only went with 1tb of storage, since 1tb is still a lot of space, and is easily upgradable and cheap in the future.
Third, I went with an OC motherboard and processor, even though you said you're not going to. But there is a good reason for it. The cheapest motherboard with 2-way SLI capabilities was a Z97 motherboard, so I decided to put a little extra in the build toward a "k" processor, to give the OP the option for future overclocking.
The majority of the budget is allocated to the GPUs, which I decided to try to keep cheap as possible for em, but still extremely powerful (and still pretty expensive). I decided to throw in two 970s in crossfire, which will enable you to record in high resolutions at high framerates, even on the most-demanding titles these days.

RAM and Storage upgrades are something that are relatively cheap and extremely easy in the future. You won't fill a full terabyte very quickly, so if you really need extra space, you can double it for $50, which can be saved up relatively quickly.
RAM is a bit more expensive, but is still extremely easy and cheaper upgrades.

Guys if you convert AUD to USD, that's clearly over his budget..

$1800 USD is like $2300 AUD, (I'm assuming when you say $1800 you're talking about USD)

He doesn't want to go anywhere over $2000 AUD, which is like $1,600 USD.

If you select Australia as the country in PCPP, it uses AUD instead of USD. Still, it doesn't add on the cost of postage most of the time, which is quite expensive in Australia, so tack on another $100 all up for that. Postage is cheaper if parts are bought from the same supplier, a case alone will cost a minimum of $40 or so so it's better to bundle it all together.

Also worth noting that PCPP doesn't always show up-to-date prices, discounts and deals for Australia. It's usually worth looking around the online stores at the time of purchase to see if there's a deal that hasn't been listed on PCPP.

staticICE (http://www.staticice.com.au/) is a good website for checking prices, it lists the current price for a part at most relevant retailers in Australia. Would be worth checking the costs with it before you buy. Keep an eye out for dodgy stores, and make sure to do a quick background check on the lesser-known stores, but other than that should be all good.

Not related, but good lord, is PMC that unreliable? Tried posting this 3 times, by the time it finally worked, website had gone down twice and posts appeared prior to mine that weren't there before I relied. *shrugs*

Should be very silent, with the cases soundproofing and the video card fans only spinning at high loads. In order to get the keyboard as silent as possible, you will have to learn how to touch type.

Can you change some stuff for me..
Can I get a 2tb hard drive and 16 GB of RAM.
Can you get rid of the Keyboard as well.
I want a Razer DeathStalker Essential keyboard instead or a different keyboard I'll find in stores.
Tell me if this can be done and give me the link please. Thanks!

You won't really need 16 GB of RAM unless you'll be running some very intense animation or rendering needs, while doing other things at the same time. 8 GB is plenty for 95% of people. A 2 TB HDD is fine, but the keyboard I chose is a great mechanical keyboard. If you're going to choose a rubber dome keyboard, you can get one from a non gaming company for about $10.

I've made a few changes to this build to save money such as the case and keyboard (the ones creeper chose are nice to have but not needed and the price of them is overkill) and switched the RAM from four 4gb sticks to 2 8gb sticks as it's $15 cheaper. I also added an optical drive (they're always useful to have) as creeper's build lacked that.

However, I also agree you should wait for someone from the PC group to either fix this build themselves or suggest another one

I did some changes to your build, please don't flip out if you don't agree with them.

I changed the ram to 8 gigs, cause I don't think it's needed, and exchanged it for an SSD. I think it's worth it, it will just make the computer really, really fast, but if you do want those extra 8 gigs, you can go with the 16 gigs that PragFrang. Also did slight changes to somethings.

That's a nice case, but it doesn't have a window, so you won't see the internals. If you want a good full-tower, the phanteks enthoo series is pretty good(lux, primo, etc.). The corsair 780t is also good.
