Need new graphics card
So I'm getting my grandmas old pc and I want to replace the graphics card.
Specs
OS Windows 8 or 8.1 not sure
Proccesor AMD E1-1200 APU with Radeon { t m} HD Graphies 1.40 GHZ
Graphics Card Build in Radeon HD Graphics
Ram 4.00gb
I only have 45$

With my facepalm out of the way, you could potentially get a r7 240 with a $45 GPU budget.

But to be honest, the 240 is an absolutely horrible card in a price/performance ratio. It's not even a very good card, but it's a definite improvement from the integrated graphics.
To explain the price/performance ratio, the 240 is about $50. The 260x is about $100. However, the 260x performs about 3x better than the 240, therefore being more worth the money.
Anyway, it would be much easier to just save the Memory, the Windows product key, HDD, and optical drive, then replacing the rest of the build.
It's a bit of a price increase, but if you save up $200, you can completely rebuild that PC into something a million times better.

Yeah I'll never have that much money, this pc im getting now is 100x better then my windos98 pc im using right now. I get like 20$ for christmas/birthday #PoorKidProblems
